Some Lakota Indians have pagan religious tattoos.
Dear Heavenly Father,
The Rosebud Reservation is in the valley of the shadow of death. We cry out for life. We cry out for this people to come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. We cry out for a revival. We cry out for this community to be sealed as Christ’s own forever.
At the name of Jesus every knee shall bow, in heaven, on earth, and under the earth. Every pagan spirit (including the spirits of nature–earth, fire, water, ground, underground, netherworld, air, and animals) that lays claim to the Lakota must yield to Jesus Christ. We claim the name of Jesus over the Rosebud Reservation. We rebuke all the curses, hexes, or spells sent against this community.
If there are any shamans or witches present on the Rosebud Reservation, we pray for their conversion to Jesus Christ or their departure from the reservation.
We close the door on any generational curses that have influence over the inhabitants of the Rosebud Reservation. We bar that door with the cross of Jesus and seal it with His blood.
Jesus is the Rose of Sharon. The Rosebud Reservation shall have new life in Jesus Christ. Amen.
Thank you!
