They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death.
O Lord, we cry out for the Episcopal Church and the Anglican Communion. We confess our rebellion, willfulness, stubborness, and disobedience. We have resisted Your authority over our spirits, our souls, and our bodies. Your Son Jesus Christ has atoned for these sins by His blood. We claim the blood of Jesus Christ against the spirits of rebellion, willfulness, stubborness, disobedience, and resistance to Your authority, and we testify to the vastness of His power, which surpasses the power of these enemies of our church. Deliver us, we pray.
