From the Arkansas constitution–
Article 2, Section 24:
All men have a natural and indefeasible right to worship Almighty God according to the dictates of their own consciences;
We cry out, Lord. Guard the freedom of religion in this beautiful state. May they preserve not only the freedom to worship, but also the right to raise their children in their faith; the right to have religious literature; the right to meet with co-religionists; the right to raise funds; the right to appoint or elect their religious leaders, and to carry out charitable activities, to evangelize, and to have religious education or seminary training. Amen.
