Now when the apostles who were at Jerusalem heard that Samaria had received the word of God, they sent Peter and John to them, who, when they had come down, prayed for them that they might receive the Holy Spirit. (Acts 8:14-15)
Jesus, I pray that Bishop Bill, Bishop Dan, Bishop David, and Bishop Dave will go throughout the Diocese of Albany and Bishop Harold will go throughout the Diocese of Down and Dromore and impart the Holy Spirit with great power to all who have received the word of God.
Holy Spirit, move among us and help us do and see the signs and wonders that Jesus has told us to do: heal the sick, cleanse lepers, feed the hungry, give living water to the thirsty, welcome strangers, clothe the naked, visit prisoners, and raise the dead.
Father, we ask that your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Thank you.
