As You have taught us to do, O Lord, we come to You to pray for,
To bless, forgive, love and do go to our enemies, to those who do evil and harm
So that rancor, hatred, bitterness, hard-heartedness will not dwell in us.
So that we can be true children of God, like You, with Your heart and mind.
O Lord, Our Father, may Your Kingdom come
May Your Holy Will be done in each person and in this nation
Let the light of Your Holy Face shine upon and into the depths of them
Let the light and power of the Holy Spirit move and speak and work
Reveal Your Beloved Son, Reveal Your Holy Name and Word
Bring conviction of sin, righteousness and judgment
And the true mercy of repentance from all sin and idolatry and evil.
Let Your Love, Your enduring true Lovingkindness, draw them to You.
Come, Holy Spirit
Come, Holy Word
Come upon and penetrate within each person and group in the Sudan.
Come and wash and work as You will
Bring Your Righteousness, Peace and Joy, Love, Truth and Life,
Let the fruit and gifts of Your Holy Spirit grow within Your people
You are Love and Life, You are our Peace, You are Truth,
You are the Power and Source of Goodness,
YOU alone can impart and bestow what is truly Good.
