Christ Church Schenectady Prayer Table Report, Saturday, January 29, 2011, 9:25 – 10:30 a.m. Cold but pleasant. Torre Bissell, Sue Plaske, and Carol MacNaughton.

We were able to give out several pairs of gloves and some warm hats.
Bill (regular) — we prayed that he would be free from epileptic seizures and that God would bless him with a wife and a companion.
+Debra (regular) — This week went much better at work. She asked prayer for Miss Mary (who drives her to church) and Miss Mary’s husband Willie who is sick. We prayed for blessing and comfort and health, and thanksgiving for Debra’s ministry.
+Bill — He is still recovering from back surgery (he is using a crutch to walk). He asked prayer and said, “I want to be 100%.” He gave thanks for Deacon Howard Smith praying for him.
+Rosco (young man) — We prayed that he would be a man after God’s own heart.
+Paula (regular) — We prayed for her health and for her son Zorrie who just turned 5.
+Chris (boy) — We prayed he would grow into the man God is calling him to be.
++Chris (man) — We prayed that God would bless his day.
Nash (Muslim man) — Prayed for him and gave him a Bible in Arabic.
+Frank — He goes to St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church in downtown Schenectady.
Anthony (young man who has come before and was wearing one of Dennis Adams’ crosses) — His wife Althea is newly pregnant and has some bleeding. We prayed for her and for the life of their unborn baby.
+Mark — asked prayer for a job and for his wife Jenny and his baby Alice.
Steve — We prayed that he would be able to start his own business.
[We have begun to wonder if the house next door is being used as a crack house again. We prayed that God would shut down any activity like that.]
