This is the feast of Shavuot, the celebration of Israel receiving the Torah and establishing a covenant with God.
Numbers 10:9-10 (NIV)
When you go into battle in your own land against an enemy who is oppressing you, sound a blast on the trumpets. Then you will be remembered by the LORD your God and rescued from your enemies. Also at your times of rejoicing—your appointed festivals and New Moon feasts—you are to sound the trumpets over your burnt offerings and fellowship offerings, and they will be a memorial for you before your God. I am the LORD your God.”
TRUMPET EVANGEL
Blare, blare, blare, ye trumpets old.
Fill the air with notes of gold.
Inhabit the praise, God Most High,
Enthroned on sapphire blue as the sky.
Open their ears to hear Your song
Wooing them to do no wrong.
Open their eyes to see Your arm
Shielding them from Satan’s harm.
Open their hearts to know Your Son,
By His Blood, their freedom won.
Ye trumpet blasts, open wide
The door of hope for Israel bride.
Angelic banners, lift His Name,
From sea to sea, Jesus proclaim:
Worthy the Lamb, head full-crowned,
Praise and honor and glory resound!
Worthy the Lamb, at God’s right hand,
Messiah of the Promised Land.
Blare, blare, blare, ye trumpets old.
Fill the air with notes of gold.

I love it! I would love to hear it set to music with trumpets and organ shouting His praise!
