But you, O GOD the Lord, deal with me for your name’s sake; because your mercy is good, deliver me. (Psalm 109:21)
Lord, day and night I cry out to you — deliver my soul out of bondage.
For I am poor and needy, and my heart is wounded within me. (Psalm 109:22)
Jesus, it is by your stripes that I shall be healed.
I am gone like a shadow when it lengthens; I am shaken off like a locust. (Psalm 109:23)
Father, we have brought nothing into this life, and it is certain that we can carry nothing out of it. Have mercy on us and hold us in your arms of love.
My knees are weak through fasting, and my flesh is feeble from lack of fatness. (Psalm 109:24)
Holy Spirit, help me find my strength in you.
I also have become a reproach to them; when they look at me, they shake their heads. (Psalm 109:25)
Help me, O LORD my God! Oh, save me according to your mercy, that they may know that this is your hand– that you, LORD, have done it! (Psalm 109:26-27)

Subject: Intercessory Prayer Tonight
Hello Loved Ones:
Tonight there are more riots expected in Bristol. We will be attending an intercity prayer meeting in the Stokes Croft area where the riots are. We may go out praying in the streets afterwards. This is an area which has sex trade shops, dark night clubs etc. and we will be praying for God’s Holy Spirit to triumph over Bristol. Even that this would spark Revival for Britain.
Thank you in advance for all prayers,
Much love, Michael and Christine

Subject: After the Trauma, the Battle Begins. Post Trauma Healing
The first “test copy” of my new book, After the Trauma, the Battle Begins. Post Trauma Healing with a selection of front covers will arrive today or tomorrow. The book will get a final proof and then, the printing press gets to work. It took eighteen months to write with an eight month hiatus for some reason! It has been at the printers for the past three weeks in preparation for printing. It has been an exciting time. Bishop Dave Bena, Cindie Sholander and Sister Mary Jean CSM have all been so helpful in polishing the book. Apart from countless discussions with Lynn. My prayer is that many will find comfort and healing within the pages for those who have suffered any form of stress either within a private household, the battlefield of life or in live combat.
Be well, do good works, and for the sake of God, love one another.
God bless you,
Fr. Nigel+
