1 Timothy 1:15-17

This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief. (1 Timothy 1:15)
Jesus, thank you that you were willing to give up the glory of heaven to come into our sinful world and into our sinful hearts to save us.

However, for this reason I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might show all longsuffering, as a pattern to those who are going to believe on Him for everlasting life. (1 Timothy 1:16)
Jesus, thank you for your mercy to me and to everyone who turns to you. Thank you for your faithfulness and longsuffering love in sticking with us even when we fail time and time again.

Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, to God who alone is wise, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen. (1 Timothy 1:17)
Holy Trinity, One God, help us bring you honor and glory, and worship you as we ought. Thank you for your enduring kindness to us.

A word received: Every thanksgiving for what I have done and am doing is precious to me.
