Church of England

Psalm 12:6 (NLT)
The Lord’s promises are pure,
like silver refined in a furnace,
purified seven times over.

May the Church of England trust in Your promises.

Psalm 19:7 (NLT)
The instructions of the Lord are perfect,
reviving the soul.
The decrees of the Lord are trustworthy,
making wise the simple.

May they trust in Your decrees.

Matthew 5:17-18 (NLT)
“Don’t misunderstand why I have come. I did not come to abolish the law of Moses or the writings of the prophets. No, I came to accomplish their purpose. I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not even the smallest detail of God’s law will disappear until its purpose is achieved.
May they use Holy Scripture to the establishment of Your kingdom in England.

John 10:35a (NLT)
And you know that the Scriptures cannot be altered.
May they not ignore a single word of scripture.

Matthew 26:54 (NLT)
But if I did, how would the Scriptures be fulfilled that describe what must happen now?”
May they use Holy Scripture in the establishment of Your kingdom in their personal lives.

Psalm 22:1a (NLT)
My God, my God, why have you abandoned me?
May they speak Your Holy Word in adversity. Amen.
