For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death. (Romans 8:2)
Father, keep me from rushing back to the law of sin and death; help me daily embrace the law of your Spirit in Christ Jesus. Thank you.
For what the law could not do in that it was weak through the flesh, God did by sending his own son in the likeness of sinful flesh, on account of sin: he condemned sin in the flesh, (Romans 8:3)
Lord, my flesh is weak and I easily give into the demands of the flesh; help me daily die to sin so that I may live forever with you.

And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. (Romans 8:10)
Lord, it is your righteousness; help me put on your righteousness day by day.
But if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you. (Romans 8:11)
Holy Spirit, come dwell in me with your new life day by day.
A word received: Wait on me; keep your eyes on me.
