Psalm 128

Blessed is every one who fears the LORD, who walks in his ways. (Psalm 128:1)
Jesus, please help us walk with you day by day.

When you eat the labor of your hands, you shall be happy, and it shall be well with you. (Psalm 128:2)
Holy Spirit, let the work that we do bear fruit for the kingdom of God.

Your wife shall be like a fruitful vine in the very heart of your house, your children like olive plants all around your table. (Psalm 128:3)
Father, thank you for the ways you have blessed us as a family.

Behold, thus shall the man be blessed who fears the LORD. (Psalm 128:4)
Father, help us grow into the men, the husbands, the fathers, the women, the wives, the mothers you are calling us to be. Help us so fear to offend you that we daily enter your blessing.

The LORD bless you out of Zion, and may you see the good of Jerusalem all the days of your life. (Psalm 128:5)
Father, I pray for the peace of Jerusalem.
May they prosper that love you.
Peace be inside your city walls and prosperity within your palaces.
And for the sake of my brothers and companions, I will say,
      “Peace be with you.”
Because of the house of the LORD our God,
I will seek to do you good. (See Psalm 122)

Yes, may you see your children’s children. Peace be upon Israel! (Psalm 128:6)
We pray for your peace for all your children, Father, and we pray that our children and theirs that they will all be drawn to you. Please cover them all with the blood of Jesus. Thank you.
