Acts 2:25-28

“For David says concerning him: ‘I foresaw the Lord always before my face, for he is at my right hand, that I may not be shaken.'” (Acts 2:25)
LORD, please help us keep you in sight as David did and know that you are at our right hand so that we will not be shaken.

“‘Therefore my heart rejoiced, and my tongue was glad; moreover my flesh also will rest in hope.'” (Acts 2:26)
Holy Spirit, please fill us up with hope so that we can rest in peace.

“‘For you will not leave my soul in Hell, nor will you allow your Holy One to see corruption.'” (Acts 2:27)
Jesus, I know that at the day of resurrection I shall see you face to face and not as a stranger.

“‘You have made known to me the ways of life; you will make me full of joy in your presence.'” (Acts 2:28 )
Father, thank you for leading me to the pathway of life and giving me joy. Help me abide in your presence all the days of my life. Thank you.
