Song of Solomon 1:3 (AMP)
[And she continues] The odor of your ointments is fragrant; your name is like perfume poured out. Therefore do the maidens love you.

We speak the name of Jesus over Israel, Gaza, and the West Bank, from Dan to Beersheba. We speak the name of Jesus over the mountains, coastal plain, and deserts. We speak the name of Jesus from the Mediterranean Sea to the Jordan River. We speak the name of Jesus over the patriarchs’ altars and the sites of martyrdom. We speak the name of Jesus over the portals of communication and transportation.
Jesus! Jesus! Jesus! Your name is like perfume poured out. Amen.

Heb. 3:12-19

Beware, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief in departing from the living God; (Hebrews 3:12)
Jesus, we cry out to you for those in the Episcopal Church who have departed from you through unbelief.

but exhort one another daily, while it is called “Today,” lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. (Hebrews 3:13)
Holy Spirit, guide us in exhorting one another; don’t let our hearts become hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.

For we have become partakers of Christ if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast to the end, (Hebrews 3:14)
Father, help us daily hold steady to the end in your son Jesus.

while it is said: “Today, if you will hear his voice, do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion.” (Hebrews 3:15)
Holy Spirit, soften our hearts so that we may hear you and hearken to what you are saying to us.

For who, having heard, rebelled? Indeed, was it not all who came out of Egypt, led by Moses? (Hebrews 3:16)
Father, please help the leaders and teachers and people of the Episcopal Church recognize the cost of our rebellion against you and your ways.

Now with whom was he angry forty years? Was it not with those who sinned, whose corpses fell in the wilderness? (Hebrews 3:17)
Lord, so many are being lost in the wilderness of sin.

And to whom did He swear that they would not enter his rest, but to those who did not obey? (Hebrews 3:18 )
Father, give us a heart’s desire to enter into your rest.

So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief. (Hebrews 3:19)
Jesus, please help the leaders and teachers of the Episcopal Church count the cost of their unbelief. Let your word be preached in the power of your Holy Spirit throughout this diocese. Win hearts to yourself. Thank you.

A word received: All around you are people who need prayer. Pray for them. Pray with them.

Press on toward the goal my friend. Do not let people or situations get you down. You will not find anything looking down, only looking up. Look up at the heavens and see; gaze at the clouds so high above you. (Job 35:5)
