Justin Welby

Hebrews 11:8-10 (NKJV)
By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out to the place which he would receive as an inheritance. And he went out, not knowing where he was going. By faith he dwelt in the land of promise as in a foreign country, dwelling in tents with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise; for he waited for the city which has foundations, whose builder and maker is God

Our Father in heaven,

Your servant Justin has not been called to live in a foreign land, but as a Christian in a secular society, he is an alien in his native land. Yet he is a fellow citizen with the saints and members of the household of God. As he travels through England, may he recognize that buildings of stone are mere tents. Embolden him to build altars of worship, as the patriarchs of old.

Father, You are enthroned upon the praises of Your people. Anoint him with praise.

Jesus Christ is the chief cornerstone, in every dimension and every realm. Christ ever with Justin, Christ before him, Christ behind him, Christ within him, Christ beneath him, Christ above him, Christ to his right side, Christ to his left side. Christ in his breadth, his length, and his depth.

The Holy Spirit has spoken through the apostles and prophets and continues to speak through His servants. We claim the words of the Spirit through scripture and hymns, prayer and healing, teaching and exhortations, as the foundation stones of the altars of Justin’s worship. We beg You to guard Justin from blaspheming the Holy Spirit, for claiming those things of the Spirit which are not and denying those things of the Spirit which are. Even if it involves direct supernatural interventions, Lord, please guard him.

Father, Your Son Jesus said, I am the door. Oh, that He, the carpenter of Nazareth, would build a portal into heaven over every altar of Justin’s worship–Your kingdom come, Your will be done.

Unless the Lord builds the house, their labor is in vain who build it. Grant Justin eyes of understanding to build the house that You want, Lord–a supernatural dwelling place of God in the Spirit.
