Again, the next day, John stood with two of his disciples. And looking at Jesus as he walked, he said, “Behold the Lamb of God!” (John 1:35-36)
Holy Spirit, please give us eyes to behold Jesus as the Lamb of God.
The two disciples heard him speak, and they followed Jesus. (John 1:37)
Jesus, help us follow you.
Then Jesus turned, and seeing them following, said to them, “What do you seek?” They said to him, “Rabbi” (which is to say, when translated, Teacher), “where are you staying?” (John 1:38 )
Holy Father, give us hearts that seek to know you and your son Jesus better each day.
He said to them, “Come and see.” They came and saw where he was staying, and remained with him that day (now it was about the tenth hour) (John 1:39)
Holy Spirit, help us get out of those comfortable places and habits and seek after Jesus — to go where he is working and ministering.
A word received: Place your cares in my hand.

Notes from the Front Line
***** FREE WILL.
While on an airplane, yesterday, I had a day time vision. I was half awake. (as opposed to half asleep). In the vision I was in my old picture frame shop and the Lord brought in a white canvas with no paint on it. In the vision He asked me to frame it. He did not give me any perimeters. In my mind I put frame corners on all four sides as He wanted me to make the decision. I chose a very large, ornate, gold leaf, bold, hand carved museum frame. God gives us free will to focus on the pictures of life and on how we chose to frame them. ~ Fr. Nigel Mumford+

In the morning I stopped at a gas station I often go to and when I went inside the attendant (whom I have prayed with several times before) pointed to a young woman standing near her and said, “She needs prayer.” I went to the woman and asked her what she wanted prayer for and she told me that her son, BRAYDON, age 2, is about to have his 3rd open-heart surgery. It will be an 8-hour procedure. I prayed for Braydon and for the surgeons and medical personnel and the mother, +ASHLEY. I gave her a cross which she received with thanksgiving. There are so many opportunities to pray for people! Torre
