Now the men of the city said to Elisha, “Behold, the situation of this city [Jericho] is pleasant, as my lord sees, but the water is bad, and the land is unfruitful.” He said, “Bring me a new bowl, and put salt in it.” So they brought it to him. Then he went to the spring of water and threw salt in it and said, “Thus says the Lord, I have healed this water; from now on neither death nor miscarriage shall come from it.” So the water has been healed to this day, according to the word that Elisha spoke.

Father, we pray that You will give the people of Honduras a new heart and put a new spirit within them. Remove the hearts of stone and give them hearts of flesh.
O Spirit of the Living God, write on the tablets of their hearts that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. We speak the name of Christ Jesus over Honduras and declare life to the four corners of this land.
Lead the Hondurans in triumphal procession, O God, and spread the fragrance of the knowledge of Christ everywhere in this nation. May they have salt in themselves and be at peace with one another. Amen.
