Psalm 122:2,5-9 (New Living Translation)
And now here we are, standing inside your gates, O Jerusalem. Here stand the thrones where judgment is given, the thrones of the dynasty of David. Pray for peace in Jerusalem.
May all who love this city prosper. O Jerusalem, may there be peace within your walls and prosperity in your palaces. For the sake of my family and friends, I will say, “May you have peace.” For the sake of the house of the Lord our God, I will seek what is best for you, O Jerusalem.
Our Father in heaven,
We come before Your presence covered in the Blood of the Lamb. Jesus is the root and offspring of David, the bright and morning star. May the light of the Christ shine over Jerusalem and Israel.
We stand before the thrones where judgment is given. Your scripture says, ‘May all who love Jerusalem prosper.’ For the sake of persons who suffer from autism, especially _____, we say, “Shalom, Jerusalem, Shalom! Peace be within Your walls and prosperity within Your palaces. We bless you.” Amen.
