Psalm 97:1-5 (NIV)
1 The Lord reigns, let the earth be glad;
let the distant shores rejoice.
Yes, Lord, let the shores on the Dead Sea, the Red Sea, the Mediterranean Sea, and the Sea of Galilee rejoice that You reign.
2 Clouds and thick darkness surround him;
righteousness and justice are the foundation of his throne.
3 Fire goes before him
and consumes his foes on every side.
Father, righteousness and justice are the foundation of Your throne. We do not apprehend the rulers, the authorities, the powers of this dark world, and the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms over Israel, Gaza, and the West Bank. But You do. Pour out Your contempt on demonic princes and loosen the belt of the strong man, disabling his stronghold over the Holy Land. (Ephesians 6:12, Job 12:21)
4 His lightning lights up the world;
the earth sees and trembles.
We praise You, Lord. O Lord my God, you are very great; You are clothed with splendor and majesty. The Lord wraps himself in light as with a garment; You stretch out the heavens like a tent and lay the beams of Your upper chambers on their waters. You make the clouds Your chariot and ride on the wings of the wind. You makes winds Your messengers, and flames of fire Your servants. (Psalm 104:1-4)
5 The mountains melt like wax before the Lord,
before the Lord of all the earth.
