The election is on Tuesday.
Deuteronomy 4:30-31 (NLT)
“In the distant future, when you are suffering all these things, you will finally return to the Lord your God and listen to what he tells you. For the Lord your God is a merciful God; he will not abandon you or destroy you or forget the solemn covenant he made with your ancestors.
We thank You, Father, that You are a merciful God. You do not forget the solemn covenant You made with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. You are a God of covenant. We pray that the voters in Israel will listen for Your voice as they go to the polls. Listening ears, Lord!
Stir their hearts to read Holy Scripture. Stir their spirits to look for Your hand at work. Whatever the outcome of the election, keep their ears open to You. Amen.
