Matthew 5:3 (NKJV)
“ Blessed are the poor in spirit, For theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Father,
We thank You for the gift of Your Son Jesus to the Episcopal Diocese of South Carolina, for the rule of heaven that comes into their lives through their contact with Jesus, and for the blessings they have received. May the gracious touch of the heavens continue to fall freely upon them. Amen.
