Galatians 4:26-28

June 10, 2008

But the Jerusalem above is free, which is the mother of us all. For it is written: “Rejoice, O barren, you who do not bear! Break forth and shout, you who are not in labor! For the desolate has many more children than she who has a husband.” Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are children of promise. (Galatians 4:26-28 )
Jesus, please move in all of the barren places of our lives and of this diocese and make them fruitful for your kingdom.

Holy Spirit, please help us break forth with singing and shouts of praise as you make us a fruitful land.

Father, thank you for sending Jesus and the Holy Spirit to fulfill all your promises to us.

A word received: I AM with you. You have cried out to me and I have answered you. The peace you enjoyed at the Diocesan Convention was my gift to you and many.
